FoxAero arranges flights on aircraft operated by FAR Part 135 or 121 air carriers or foreign equivalent, who maintain full operational control of charter flights. FoxAero is not a direct air carrier or direct foreign air carrier in operational control of aircraft. FoxAero services are provided in accordance with 14 CFR Part 295 requirements.
